BEACH & BUSH DISTRIBUTERS Thrusters is thruster is a full-body movement that combines a squat and an overhead press in one smooth motion.
1. Start standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold the weight plate/wall ball infront to front of you with two hands, elbows slightly forward
2. Lower into a squat, keeping your chest up and weight through your heels
3. At the bottom of the squat, drive up strongly through your legs
4. As you stand, use the momentum to press the weight overhead until your arms are fully extended
5. Lower the weight plate/wall ball back to shoulder height
Each Team Members does 20 Reps
20 kg Weight Plate - ALL Elite and Competitive Men
10Kg Wall Ball - ALL Social Men, ALL Elite and Competitive Women
8 kg Wall Ball - ALL Junior (16-18 years old), Teens (14-15 years old), Social Women and Platinum teams
